Our Board of Directors brings together a diverse group of experienced professionals from both within and outside the logistics industry who bring their collective insights, independent perspectives, and commitment to accountability ensure that we operate with integrity, innovation, and a clear sense of purpose. Mr Wellington Foo
Board Member – CEO, Mitra Famosa International
A seasoned logistics professional with over 30 years of industry experience, including more than 12 years based in Indonesia. Mr Wellington Foo has an established track record in both freight forwarding and contract logistics, with key operational roles across multinational corporations and entrepreneurial ventures; including Singapore Airlines Cargo and Exel (Indonesia).
Having played a pivotal role in the logistical coordination of the 2004 tsunami relief efforts and participated in the early development of Singapore Airlines Cargo operations in Shanghai and Indonesia, he is adept at managing cross-border teams, regulatory engagement, agent networks, and large-scale RFQs. He is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Mitra Famosa International—a company he founded in 2019 to deliver innovative, end-to-end supply chain solutions—which was presented the SME500 Singapore Award in 2024.
Mr Riaz Moiz
Board Member – Director, Air Freight, Mitra Famosa International
Mr Riaz Moiz is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in aviation and logistics, with a focus on regional and country-level operations. He has held key roles at organisations including Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, Royal Brunei Airlines, DHL Global Forwarding, Exel, and CEVA Logistics.
Mr Moiz brings deep expertise in driving commercial performance, optimising operations, managing cross-cultural teams, and navigating complex regulatory environments across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. He has a strong track record in aligning strategic planning with business outcomes in both the airline and logistics sectors.
He continues to contribute to the industry through advisory, academic, and consultancy roles, with a recognised commitment to operational excellence and stakeholder engagement in global markets.
Mr Mohd Fahmi Aliman
Board Member – Director, Mitra Famosa International
Mr Mohd Fahmi Aliman has held various positions, including Member of Parliament, Mayor of South East District, Singapore Armed Forces veteran, Deputy Chief of MUIS and was previously the Director of the Operations and Mobilisation Division Secretariat at NTUC.
He has a strong background in public leadership, community engagement, and employment advocacy, with deep expertise in strategic planning, talent development, and grassroots outreach. His extensive network, and broad experience in strategic leadership, community development, and labour advocacy uniquely positions him to support Mitra Famosa International for inclusive and sustainable growth across sectors.
He holds an Engineering degree from the University of Liverpool and a postgraduate diploma from the National University of Singapore.
Ms Liu Ping
Board Secretary – General Manager, MFI Logistics
Ms Liu is a seasoned business operations professional with over a decade of experience spanning administration, operations, human resources, and finance. Since joining Mitra Famosa in January 2021, she has demonstrated strong leadership and operational insight, progressing from administrative responsibilities to overseeing company-wide finance and business operations.
In this role, she successfully turned a loss-making division into a profitable unit, strengthening her expertise in operations monitoring and cash flow analysis.
Ms Liu currently serves as General Manager, providing the Board of Directors with valuable on-the-ground perspective and deep knowledge of the company’s operations.
